Add-ons
Accessibility
We fix the real barriers: unlabeled forms, keyboard traps, untagged PDFs, missing headings, low-contrast text. Then we test it the way people actually use it.
Work is remediated to WCAG 2.1 AA and checked with automated tools plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. You get a written report that lists what was found, what was fixed and how it was checked, so you have something concrete to hand to a board, an auditor or a vendor.
Fixed prices here too. The audit tells you exactly what is wrong and in what order to fix it. Remediation of a small site is a flat rate; larger sites and complex documents get a fixed quote once we have seen them.
Why this matters now for public bodies. Under the DOJ's ADA Title II rule, state and local governments serving 50,000 or more people must meet WCAG 2.1 AA by April 26, 2027. Smaller governments and special districts have until April 26, 2028. If your office publishes meeting minutes, forms or notices as PDFs, those count.
We remediate and test against WCAG 2.1 AA. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not promise ADA or legal compliance. No vendor can promise you will never receive a complaint.
Up to 25 web pages or 10 documents reviewed. You get a prioritized report of issues ranked by severity, with a fix order.
$750
Flat rate for sites up to 10 pages. Larger sites get a fixed quote after the audit, before any work starts.
$1,500flat, up to 10 pages
PDFs, Word files and slide decks. Price depends on how much structure a page has. Complex jobs like scanned documents, fillable forms and large data tables are quoted individually.
$5–10per page

How a project runs
You see a free demo first and pay nothing until your site is live, so you never pay for work you have not seen. A Launch Site takes about 10 business days once we have your content.
You tell us what the business does and what the site needs to do. We tell you which package fits.
A real, clickable demo of your home page, not a mood board. You see it before you commit to anything.
The agreement lists the scope, price and dates. Sign it online, even on your phone. No deposit.
The number of rounds your package includes. Changes are listed and ticked off in writing.
Site goes live on your domain, forms are tested end to end. The full price is due at launch, paid online by card or bank transfer.
With a monthly plan, your first month of hosting and upkeep is free. Or take the files and host it yourself. The site is yours.
Concept builds
These five sites were built for made-up companies to show the range we work in. Different trades, different palettes, different type. Each one is a complete page you can open and click through.
Whitewater outfitter on the Ocoee. Three-trip picker with a difficulty gauge, a rapid-by-rapid river map and a trip-date request form.
Family HVAC company. Flip-switch emergency check, seasonal tune-up work order, repair-or-replace guide and a $14-a-month Comfort Club.
Sourdough bakery. Chalk bake board with usually-gone-by times, a pre-order bag for pickup and the starter's feeding schedule.
Two-person bookkeeping and tax office. Ledger-ruled pages, three monthly plans, a catch-up cost estimator and a federal deadline calendar.
Independent auto repair shop. Up-front price board, a live bay board, a which-dashboard-light helper and an appointment request form.
None of these are clients. They are concept builds made in-house so you can judge the work before you hire us.
Questions
Everything listed in the package: design, page copy and layout, the lead form, mobile testing, basic SEO setup and the stated number of revision rounds. Your agreement names the pages and features. If you ask for something outside that list, we tell you the add-on price before doing it. The price in your agreement does not drift.
There is no deposit and nothing is due up front. You see a free demo, sign the agreement online, and the full price is due when your site launches. You pay online by card or bank transfer, processed by Stripe.
You do, once it is paid for at launch. The domain is registered in your name, the code and content are yours, and you keep the site if you ever leave. We never hold a site hostage.
You keep your site and all of its files. Give 30 days' notice, we hand over a full export and any access credentials, and you host it wherever you like. There is no exit fee.
When you buy a monthly plan with a new website, the first month of hosting and upkeep is free. Billing starts one month after your site launches and repeats on that same day each month. If you launch on the 31st, months without a 31st bill on their last day.
A Landing Pad is delivered in 5 business days. A Launch Site takes about 10 business days. A Full Orbit takes about 3 weeks. Those clocks start when your agreement is signed and we have your content. Rush delivery is available at +25%.
